Why you must plan your Cape Town Wedding now

May 20, 2020 | Blog, Weddings

Dear (soon to be) Bride and Groom

The wedding and event industry has been thrown into a very uncertain period and we are all hoping that it would pass soon.  We love what we do and we miss it!

We have spent the last weeks moving weddings to 2021 and working hard to ensure our clients don’t lose any money.  We are thankful to work with the best service providers who also made this possible.

It is now clear that 2021 is going to be one of the busiest wedding seasons ever!  Weekends at venues in the first half of the year are getting booked up fast and couples have to now consider a weekday to ensure they get a new wedding date.  Or wait another year to get married!

We have in the recent weeks received enquiries and emails from couples that would like to book their weddings in 2021.  They feel hesitant because they don’t want to lose money if they need to move the date due to lockdown rules and possible travel restrictions.  This is understandable.

We want to encourage you.  Plan your 2021 wedding now!  Secure your wedding date,  your favourite venue and your ideal service providers.

We are here to give you peace of mind.  Book our services NOW.  We will help you navigate through uncertain times and ensure you  have your dream wedding in 2021.  No deposits lost if you need to move your wedding date due to lockdown and travel restrictions.  To secure our services we only request a 30% booking fee (instead of 50%).

We are you eyes and ears on the ground and looking forward to plan your dream wedding.

Warm regards,

Niki and Madri – The Event Planners
