The Event Planners is a Cape Town–based wedding and event planning company, specialising in luxury weddings, destination celebrations, and high-end corporate events across South Africa.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we have built a reputation for delivering events that are not only beautifully designed, but exceptionally well managed. Our work is grounded in a calm, hands-on approach — ensuring that every detail is considered, and every element comes together seamlessly.

Working Across South Africa

Based in Cape Town, we plan weddings and events throughout the Western Cape, including the Cape Winelands, Garden Route, and surrounding regions.

We regularly work with international clients planning destination weddings in South Africa, providing full support from the early planning stages through to on-the-day execution. Acting as a trusted local partner, we ensure that every aspect — from venue selection to guest logistics — is handled with professionalism and care.
