We are Cape Town-based event planners and wedding planners with 15 years of wedding planning and event planning experience. We work throughout South Africa with the majority of our weddings taking place in the Western Cape, from Cape Town through to the Garden Route. We can assist with all your eventing needs, from intimate elopements, destination weddings, birthday parties, and private events to elaborate corporate functions. We like to keep our service “old-school” with a great deal of personal touch and input, while still creating modern, stylish events.  Our extensive experience in the eventing world will ensure that your event will run smoothly.

The Event Planners specialises in weddings and corporate events, including conferences, year-end functions, launches, award ceremonies and experiential events, birthday celebrations, engagement parties and planning unique marriage proposals.

Our services include finding your perfect venue, arranging all suppliers as well as styling and design.  We also offer assistance with all the logistics around your event.
