Die Woud in the Western Cape was the perfect destination wedding venue for this couple from Johannesburg, South Africa. With their busy work and and life schedules, it was important for them to have a wedding planner right from the start to manage all the suppliers, styling and on the ground logistics. We had a wonderful team involved in creating this exquisite setting for their perfect wedding day.

“As a severe over-thinker, I had moments of doubt throughout the process – Perhaps my dress wasn’t the right one, perhaps the groomsmen will forget their suits at home, perhaps the majority of the guests won’t come to the wedding.
Nikkie Fivaz captured a moment on camera where we saw the venue for the first time and, for both of us, this photo encapsulates exactly what we felt. Every single puzzle piece came together to create a beautiful harmony of emotions.
And, in that moment, we had never been more grateful for the trivial concerns we had during the process. We realised that we had not once worried about the DJ, the flowers, the food. All the things that created the perfect wedding was all taken care of. We were allowed to experience the roller coaster of emotions as they come and go without doubting that our big day will be perfect. Niki took care of absolutely everything.
As we stood under the most beautifully curated selection of flowers, we finally realised what everyone meant when they said that it is truly the happiest day of your life.”
