Camps Bay Elopement Wedding

Couple

Ruth & Saul

Venue

Glen Beach, Camps Bay, Cape Town

About the day

Ruth and Saul travelled from the UK to come say “I do” on one of Cape Town’s most beautiful beaches, Glen Beach in Camps Bay. They were accompanied by an adorable and charming “page boy” who stole our hearts from the very first second – their baby boy, Frank.

Their hired beach house was situated right on Glen Beach – from here they leisurely strolled down to the beach for their nuptials… absolute perfection! There were so many sweet touches… Their confetti was made up of dried flower petals from loved ones’ gardens back home in the UK. Saul surprised Ruth by secretly bringing her grandmother’s vintage brooch and special bunting made by her mom from the UK. The brooch was fixed in her bouquet and the bunting framed their flower arch.

What we loved the most about this intimate wedding?  Ruth’s understated elegance and natural beauty in her Oscar de la Renta gown, being witnesses to these two special people’s nuptials and the incredible sunset that sealed a perfect afternoon.

From the Couple

“Madri, thank you so much for everything. You did it all, so thank you so much. Saul and I were saying what a difference it made to have lovely people around us like you and Niki. And thank you for the care and time you had for Frank too. We could totally relax and have our photos done because he was with you guys. Thank you for fitting perfectly into our teeny tiny relaxed wedding. And thanks for the bubbles!”
